How to use ?

1.before using it ,make sure that the battery power is adequate ,this can be test by the indicate light ,put the battery into the tube ,if the battery power is adequate ,the Green light will twinkling about 20seconds .if not ,the Red light will twinkling about 20seconds .

2.Charge the charger via AC/USB .or you can also replace the batter inside .
